today was a busy day. a busy baking day.
a friend of mine who had been supporting and assisted me in many many ways had ordered some Cointreau Choux for herself and her colleagues. so i crossed my fingers and bake it with as much passion and grace as i can. hoping it will puff up well and not collapse like the previous time and WALA! they all stood strong and proud =x ahem! salute! keke
and then i moved on to experimenting something which i heard about but never tasted it before nor tried making it before. i had a new order that came up! a HUGE one actually. Thanks to Nat :) really hope that not only am able to pull it off but i am able to pull it off with a good result. :) ok the link is, it is due to this order that i am experimenting it. so what is that mysterious SOMEthing that i am talking about.....

well to be honest...looks are deceiving..it tasted HORRIBLE!!! maybe it is because i was trying to be smart (once again -.-) for not following the recipe and tried to did it MY way. the tea cake with whipped cream frosting is just YUCK! seriously..they all went into the bin...well at least i learnt some things from this experiment. i should just stick to the actual recipe and i manage to practice on coating and decorating of the cake balls :)
oh well it's gonna be another working day tomorrow again TT i really cant wait for my week to end and PHUKET HERE I COME!!!! <3<3<3
